Building & Executing an Impact Communications Strategy

Did you know poor communications is one of main causes of low engagement and low donation conversion rates for nonprofits? Are you dedicating too much time to reactive approaches instead of planning and testing the most effective communications tactics? This workshop will teach you how to develop compelling audience-tailored messaging, plus how to build a communications strategy that attracts the right attention and boosts giving.

Together, we’ll learn:

  • How to build and execute a proactive, impact-focused communications strategy
  • When and how to use the most effective communication channels for nonprofits
  • How to craft key messages, your unique narrative and powerful calls to action
  • Media relations: connecting with journalists, plus interview tips and tricks
  • Solutions to unique communications challenges faced by nonprofits
