A diversified revenue stream provides financial stability as well as an opportunity for donors to support you in a way that is meaningful and convenient for them.

This workshop will discuss strategies to diversify revenue at your organization as well as the strategy behind the decision making. Participants will leave with a better understanding of:

  • What revenue streams are a good fit to pursue and how to go about making that decision
  • When to balance “friend raising” and “fundraising”
  • How to make a plan and action it at their organization
