Refunds and withdrawal policy

Foundations of Fundraising Course

If you would like to withdraw from our Foundations of Fundraising course please e-mail registration@nsof.ca. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 4+ weeks notice – 100% refund
  • 2-4 weeks notice – 100% refund less a $50 administration fee
  • 1-2 weeks notice – 50% refund
  • anything less than one week’s notice will be non-refundable

If the course does not reach minimum capacity to run, all current registrants will be offered space in the next scheduled session or a full refund.

Workshops

Registration in workshops is non-refundable and not transferrable.

Fundraising Capacity Accelerator Program

Once paid, the $50 registration fee is non-refundable.

Special Events

Tickets for our special events are non-refundable and not transferrable.

The New School of Fundraising reserves the right to cancel any training program prior to the start date or delay the start date due to low enrollment, instructor availability or other uncontrollable circumstances.
