The Power of Influence

Have you ever been challenged by getting people on board with your idea or concept?  Or confused about why they are not getting on board or perhaps even fighting your idea?

The art of influence is understanding key aspects of behaviour, relationships and intention in order to identify common ground to move your idea or concept forward in way that motivates & benefits everyone involved.

In this workshop you will be introduced to key aspects of influence to help you be more influential in your approach to getting others on board.  Specifically you will learn elements of influence, behaviours,  preferences and motivators that impact how to influence, and how to use this information to take steps for a more planned approach to getting others on board.
